Yes, my main computer monitor is damaged, it all started two days ago when I noticed a few lazy pixels on my screen, then I went to bed and the next morning it was almost half the screen!!!!!! I freaked, my computer is not a year old yet and it was expensive, so I called DELL Support Center, explained the case and they just said: Don't worry!! We will send you a new one right away, you should have it in less than 4 days." Today I received a email from DHL informing my monitor was on its way... but today is Saturday (3.28am Venezuela Time) and I doubt I will get it later today when I wake up... So perhaps Ill have it next monday!!! I'm so glad because I once had a similar experience with my iPod Touch and Apple Support basically said: "Sorry, we cant fix it and we will not give you a new one under any circumstance. Thank you for expending your money on us" - Obviously not exactly the same words, but pretty much.
